We will accept unopened materials back for store credit or refund. If an open product is found to be defective we will accept it back for store credit or replacement. Custom printing may be returned and reprinted if it is found to be incomplete or damaged.

3D printing is an agnostic manufacturing technique. There really isn't a limit to what you CAN print. We assume that whatever you request to be printed is something you have full permission or ownership of to have made. That being said, we won't print anything understood to harm or be part of something that can harm. We also take no responsibility for the use of anything you have ordered made. It is beyond our control. If there is doubt, you might consider just buying a printer and the resin and DIY.

We do not keep a dedicated phone service. This business is very much about the specifics of words and files. Not well served by phone conversations. If you feel you need to talk to us, please send an email with your contact number, when you are available and the reason you need a call. We will do our best to get back to you in a timely manner.

The short is, you don't. We will take a design file however you want to get it to us. Email is fine. Your own choice of file transfer is fine. Heck, drop it off in person if you like. DropBox is, in our opinion, simple and more secure /privacy oriented than other methods. Our goal is to make this as easy as possible and still give maximum protection to you and your property.
